Technical Support Analyst
Description Our client is looking for 6 Technical support types to assist with troubleshooting tied to their internal Applications that Technicians are using in the field to trouble shoot problems for cars that are being brought in for Recalls and Warranty related work. All this work is tied to the Diagnostics piece-On board computer. This teams is level 2 team that helps take calls that are being escalated from the Level 1 support team that supports tickets driven from Technicians at the Dealerships. The ideal candidate will not be a mechanic type but someone who is experienced with basic IT skills and has high acumen and ideally has worked in some type of environment with in vehicle and/or diagnostics applications.
