Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Middleton, WI.
Summary:
The Technical Support Analyst shares responsibility for Help Desk ticket assignment, triage, and resolution. The position is the primary first line of response for technical support calls and requests and is therefore a highly-visible, customer service oriented position. This role works across all areas of the organization and reports directly to the IT Infrastructure and Data Management Manager. This position provides support to the Technical Support Lead by maintaining tagged IT assets. They will receive and unbox shipments of IT inventory, configure and deploy desktop images and equipment, and provide the Technical Support Lead with insight into ticket trends and process improvement opportunities.
