Technical Support Analyst

Summary of Position: As a Technical Support Analyst, you will provide technical support in a contact center environment. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting remote hardware, custom and commercial software, and connectivity issues. Support will be provided via phone and chat interactions using remote access software. You will support Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and various in-house, commercial, and mobile applications. You will handle an average of 25 interactions daily, serving as the single point of contact for technical issues, requests, and questions for over 20,000 supported staff. Your performance will be measured based on Key Performance Indicators, including schedule adherence, first contact resolution, quality, and customer service. During your assigned shifts, you should expect to spend nearly 100% of your time handling customer interactions. Required Skills: + Proficiency in MS Office and Windows + Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills + Experience with help desk support, Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Windows 10, phone support, service desk, event viewer, task manager, TeamViewer, password reset, technical support, Zoom, call center, support, Outlook, and remote support Top Skills: + General Windows knowledge and troubleshooting + MS Office troubleshooting + General networking knowledge + Service desk experience + Phone/chat IT support experience + Excellent typing skills (WPM) Additional Information: + Familiarity with Device Manager, explaining IP addresses, Event Viewer & TeamViewer uses, knowledge of DNS, task manager usage, installation of applications on mobile devices, hidden file navigation, and locating all running applications. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
