Job Summary:
The Technical Support Engineer will be working with Altair's global user base, with the goal of effectively supporting in using the best-in-class Altair solutions. This will sometimes include traveling to customer locations, communicating best practices with customers and exchanging ideas with the software development teams.
What You Will Do:
Create digital content on HyperWorks products and solutions
Work closely with product managers as well as users to be the conduit for a constant feedback loop to make our products better.
Conduct POC's (proof of concept) Benchmarks as required.
What You Will Need:
Basics:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience with Finite Element Analysis tools Exposure to simulation areas like structural analysis, fluid dynamics, multi-body analysis Exposure to operating Systems like Linux and Windows Proficiency in collaboration tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook Aptitude for solving engineering problems
