Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

In this position, you will support tasks related to the design and manufacture, but will focus on service, repair, and commissioning of eddy current clutches, brakes, and electronic controls. This is mainly focused on the electrical and controls side but has some overlap on the mechanical. This position interfaces directly with customers, sales, and manufacturing team members providing technical support and on-site service to ensure our products meet with our internal and industry standards while also meeting the needs of the customer. Installation, commissioning, and/or repair service may require up to 30% of travel time.
