Job Summary:
In this role you will be helping our users by ensuring their products are installed properly, and also with their account and support related inquiries.

Perform the role of a Support Coordinator Provide support for Altair One account related inquiries

Basics:
Knowledgeable in computer hardware, and operating systems Ability to collaborate with all levels of technical users and management. Excellent presentation skills.
