Technical Support Engineer

Work alongside skilled engineers to assist outstanding global leaders in wireless technology development and commercialization.  

You will collaborate with the Application Engineers to ensure customers’ challenges are being resolved adaptively. Providing support to our gold-level customers is crucial, especially for new production sites and critical operations such as encryption and TTR/DFF/VOR/Autohold/FOWL.

 In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Contribute to the whole team from your gift of talents, intellect, experience, and passion, as well as have fun! Install, upgrade Emerson/NI OptimalPlus systems and perform various integration tasks between Emerson/NI OptimalPlus systems and Customer’s systems and network. Provide IT maintenance and administration for hardware and database for customer production environment.  Support customer’s technical requests and address technical issues in Emerson/NI OptimalPlus systems and interface to Customer’s systems.

    For This Role, You Will Need: We are looking for candidates with a background in Computer/ Telecommunication Engineering/Information Technology, including a "Degree or equivalent experience".  Proficiency in written/verbal English communication Experience and knowledge in semiconductor testing environment.   Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Knowledge in Windows system administration, Networking/ Security and Database administration (SQL server) Candidate must be independent, dedicated, customer oriented with good interpersonal communication skills.  Ability to travel for the job when necessary.
