Job Description:

Direct report to Operations Manager and IT ManagerArrange daily job allocationAssist in the audio and technical set-up and clear-out of Private Diary CasesProvide daily support on the technical requirements of audio and transcription systemsHost and manage the virtual hearingEnsure any technical issues are properly addressedMonitor and review equipment levels to ensure adequate equipment is provided for each jobWork with operations teams and reporters to ensure the technical requirements are understood and followedEnsure high standards of service are provided to clients at all timesPerform related administration duties such as audio files management, hardcopy transcript delivery, production and audio logging etc when requiredLiaise with client for software installation and clarification of job requirementsAny other related duties as assigned
