Technical Support Engineer
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The successful candidate will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT systems, supporting users, and managing mobile devices and Active Directory. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage technical support tasks and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues for users. • Investigate and diagnose issues, including but not limited to network troubleshooting involving DHCP, IP ranges, and devices. • Utilize tools such as Intune and Azure for managing mobile devices, including tablets and laptops. • Oversee and provide support for Active Directory, both on-premises and in the cloud. • Conduct staging and imaging processes through Azure. • Handle and resolve support tickets effectively, ensuring minimal disruption and timely resolution. • Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and comprehensive support. • Use tools such as ManagedEngine DTS and TeamViewer to remotely support users. • Implement SoHo tool for remote diagnostics and management. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. • Advanced knowledge of Cisco Technologies, with the capacity to provide comprehensive technical support. • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, demonstrating ability to manage and support these systems. • Competence with Mac Computers, showcasing the ability to handle Mac-specific issues. • Expertise in Microsoft suite and related technologies, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance. • Practical experience with Active Directory, enabling efficient user and resource management. • Proficiency in handling Apple Devices, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution. • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware, to provide hardware-related technical support. • Experience in Configuration Management, ensuring optimal performance of systems. • Skilled in Deployments, with the ability to manage software and hardware installations.
