Job DescriptionAs a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our customer support and success. You will work on troubleshooting our platform for Dynatrace clients, working in multiple technical environments, on multiple languages, throughout the digital ecosystem. 1+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python or other OOPL based applications Bachelor's degree or relevant technical related experience or training 1+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and infrastructure technologies.Preferred Requirements
3+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python based applications Experience with software support and troubleshooting Knowledge of Python framework(s) (i.e. Django, Flask, etc.) Experience writing and debugging complex Python applications Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI), .NET Development, or other programming languages Experience with database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2) Exposure to Prometheus scraping Exposure to SNMP Experience with network troubleshooting Relevant industry certification with a focus on Python (ex. Python Certified Entry-level Programmer, Certified Professional in Python Programming, etc.)This position will work in a 2- day per week Hybrid Schedule from the Denver office.
Additional InformationSalary DOE is $80K - $90K, DOE, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
