To learn more about Movius, visit www.movius.ai. .   RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Assist in deployment of customer features Assist in troubleshooting and developing technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.  Escalate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.  Participate in the activities of product teams. Assist in installation, configuring and maintaining networks in a Unix or Unix-like environment. Review, plan and evaluate network systems.   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required Bilingual French/English speaking  Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English Must be able to work independently. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Ability to identify and prioritize important tasks independently.  Preferred EXPERIENCE   Knowledge of IP routing and switching technology, configuration and administration. Experience with IP telephony protocols preferred. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures for network administration. Experience with common Microsoft Office programs and tools. Familiarity with Unix, C, C++, Java, and VXML preferred.   This position is 100% onsite at the Alpharetta, GA office.
