Your Key Responsibilities include:
The intern will have the opportunity to understand technical support and customer service processes, internal and external customer requirements, compliance and complaint handling, and data mining techniques.Provide assistance in the handling of warranty claims, both during and after the warranty period, to ensure smooth operations.Prepare and submit detailed reports on work operations to help drive improvements and streamline business strategies.Let’s talk about Qualification.
Studying Mechanical, Electric or Electronic engineering or courses related to customer service processes.Must be based in São Paulo, BrazilGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must have a good understanding to MS-Word and Excel.Works effectively with little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new projects or assignments.Effective communications skills – both verbal and written. Ability to effectively interact and maintain professionalism with customers at all levels via phone and email.Strong logic and analytical skills. Strong editing, reading comprehension, and conceptualization skills.Training experiences a plus.Strong presentation skills and experience is a plus.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.Advance English skills and intermediate Spanish is a plus.Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
