A successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Technology Support, and 2+ years in a managerial role. As the helpdesk manager, you will be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team.

Required Skills & Experience: Strong knowledge in O365 administration An expert knowledge in windows desktop and server operating systems Experience and strong technical knowledge in networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
