Technical Support Manager
工作职责:1,根据内外部的需求,提供客户现场技术支持工作;具体工作内容包括但不限于:各类清洗消毒应用技术调研,客户产品卫生质量问题调研,以及向客户提供清洗消毒、微生物,卫生设计类技术培训等工作;协助部门稳固业务,及推动业务增长; 2,配合市场部和研发部,参与清洗消毒类新产品、新应用开发等项目,并主导清洗剂、消毒剂类新产品的推广及测试等工作; 3,作为行业清洗消毒及卫生管控专家,配合市场部,参与行业市场的技术交流,树立卫生管控专家形象,协助拓展艺康的品牌影响力等;4,协助集团客户经理等同事,参与重要集团客户的技术项目沟通及实施推广工作; 5,利用每次客户现场支持机会,进行内部同事的技术培训工作,协助部门提升一线同事的技术专业水平。

任职要求:1,本科或以上学历;
2,八年以上膜系统设计/膜应用于流体食品(乳/饮料/生物发酵等)行业,生产、质量或技术管理工作经验;
3,良好的表达和沟通能力;
4,工作积极主动,富有创新精神。
