The Role
Are you ready to embark on a technical adventure and become a hero to our external and internal users? As Technical Support at Kyndryl, you'll be part of an elite team that provides exceptional technical assistance, enabling our clients to achieve their desired business outcomes.
You'll be a troubleshooter extraordinaire, diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, software, and systems with ease. Nothing will be too challenging for you to solve as you respond to escalated issues, report critical design flaws, reliability and maintenance problems, and bugs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
Automate workflows and business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Stay up to date with the latest Power Apps and Power Automate features and trends
Provide technical insights and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders.
Work with multiple internal departments and help build systems and solutions to solve business problems.
Become an integral part of our Automation Team to maintain and build solutions to work with our in-house applications/ projects.
Take full ownership of our existing Microsoft PowerApps / Dynamics365 / Power BI / Data Flows ecosystem and build new flows as required.
Building Apps with data integration to SAP or any database is required.
Liaise with our Regional Team across globe to implement new features.
Work closely with our internal research teams to implement solutions in SharePoint Online.
Experienced in building apps with Microsoft PowerApps / Dynamics365 / Power BI / Data Flows/Power Automate and SharePoint Lists.
Able to understand the customer requirements and define App design/workflow
Able to understand complex workflows and translate them in the system.
Hands on Experience in embedding PowerApps in SharePoint and custom applications.
Understanding of Power Apps security capabilities, including Role based authorization.
Liaison with Analytics COE on Powerapps related infrastructural needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ Years of experience in in Microsoft platform - Microsoft PowerApps/ Dynamics365 / Power BI / Data Flows (PowerApps and likes).
Good understanding of OpenAPI standards & at least one scripting language (Javascript preferred).
Knowledge and prior experience with RPA and Automation tools
Prior experience or willingness to learn and work with Azure Data Lake.
Proactive and able to explore the MS environment, go through Microsoft documentation and stay on top of the latest developments.
Good communication skills and willingness to work with a diverse international team
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree is a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development
Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of relational database technologies.
Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.
