Sous la responsabilité d'un responsable de l'assistance, nos spécialistes collaborent étroitement avec leurs pairs pour analyser les tendances de l'activité des clients et contribuer au développement du réseau de connaissances Autodesk, afin d'accroître la satisfaction et l'engagement des clients. Vous pouvez également participer à d'autres activités de support proactives telles que le développement et la présentation de webinaires ou de matériel de formation, l'animation de sessions de questions-réponses sur nos communautés en ligne ou la présentation lors d'événements de l'entreprise tels que l'Autodesk University.
**Responsabilités**
+ S'engager avec les clients d'Autodesk pour fournir des solutions, des orientations et un dépannage général pour AutoCAD Plant 3D et les produits de base AutoCAD par téléphone, par chat et sur le Web
+ Documenter les interactions d'assistance dans un système de gestion de cas à l'échelle de l'entreprise
+ Transmettre les problèmes non résolus au personnel d'encadrement, le cas échéant
+ Rechercher, vérifier et documenter les défauts des produits
+ Traiter activement les demandes d'assistance en attente
+ Gérer les attentes des clients et des partenaires en fournissant des mises à jour opportunes sur les progrès réalisés
**Qualifications minimales**
+ 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'utilisation d'Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D
+ Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, de dépannage et d'analyse
+ Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais
+ Des compétences linguistiques supplémentaires en espagnol, en français ou en portugais sont un atout
+ L'expérience de l'utilisation d'autres ensembles d'outils AutoCAD est un atout

**Position Overview**
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our friendly team of tech enthusiasts and assist customers to get the best out of their Autodesk products!
Reporting to a Support Manager, our specialists collaborate closely with their peers to analyze trends in customer activity and contribute to the development of the Autodesk Knowledge Network, increasing customer satisfaction and dedication. You may also engage in other proactive support activities such as developing and presenting webinars or training materials, hosting Q&A sessions on our online communities, or presenting at company events like Autodesk University.
**Responsibilities**
+ Engage with Autodesk customers to provide solutions, direction, and general troubleshooting for AutoCAD Plant 3D and AutoCAD core products via phone, chat, and web
+ Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system
+ Advance unresolved issues to senior staff as required
+ Research, verify, and document product defects
+ Actively handle personal backlog of support requests
+ Manage customer and partner expectations by providing timely updates on progress
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 1-3 years of experience using Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D
+ Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
+ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
+ Additional language skills with Spanish, French or Portuguese are advantageous
+ Experience using other AutoCAD Toolsets are a plus

**Salary transparency**
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $53,300 and $91,850. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
