Technical Support Specialist
Our client, a leading player in medical technology, is seeking a **Technical Support Specialist** to contribute to routine technical tasks and assist in developing solutions to technical problems within a defined scope. This individual will work closely with immediate supervisors, project leaders, and other professionals to maintain and format technical data, assist in testing, and provide support across various lab functions. **Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist **Location:** Brea, CA **Pay Range:** $25-34/hr (W2 Contract) **Key Responsibilities:** + Gather, maintain, and manipulate technical data such as laboratory or material test results, and produce engineering documents (e.g., flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). + Prepare reports and summaries, including quantitative analysis. + Assist engineers by providing technical support for various tasks and help scope equipment for use, ensuring proper qualifications. + Conduct testing according to designed test protocols, document results, and provide hardware debugging support. + Work collaboratively with the lab team to perform routine lab maintenance, including calibration and safety procedure implementation. **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lab environment (corporate or academic) or technician experience in a regulated environment. + Proven ability to follow written procedures and collaborate with a team. + Proficiency in personal computers and familiarity with various engineering and testing documentation. + Experience developing solutions to routine technical problems and training lower-level technicians. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Ability to understand and perform designed test procedures. + Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. + Ability to support prototype processes and contribute to lab testing setups **What’s in it for me?** + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Match + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Holiday Pay + Referral Rewards + Monthly Recognition Programs + Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
