AGCO is seeking a talented, passionate, and highly motivated professional to join the E-tools team as a Technical Support Specialist based in Assumption, IL to assist with the day-to-day administration, design, creation, communication, training and support of our dealer facing tools: GSI Configurator and One GSI Dealer Portal. In this role, you will provide ongoing user support, ensuring that end-users have the resources they need to effectively utilize systems and tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting the development of solutions, and acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the technical team. 

 

The ideal candidate is a problem solver, capable of working cross-functionally, and committed to improving user acceptance and operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.

 

Your Impact

Interface directly with Dealers and Internal Customers, develop rapport w/users via help line & email to support password resets & browser related troubleshooting, and general Etools / product questions. Create & maintain user accounts & workgroups & perform bi-annual review to ensure appropriate access. Collect user feedback, document and share with development team. Develop training videos, user manuals, FAQs, and documentation to enhance the user experience. Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance, as well as escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation.

Your Experience and Qualifications

2 years of Help Desk experience Self-starter that can work efficiently by setting priorities, establishing timelines, & leveraging resources. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional customer service skills Proficient using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
