Technical Support Specialist
Kelly Services is seeking Technical Support Specialists for one of our top clients! **Location:** Lathrop, CA **Contract Type:** 6 Months **Bill Rate:** $20 / hour **Target Start Date:** November 12, 2024 **Position Overview:** We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team for a seasonal project. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting support to our clients. You will handle inbound calls, chat messages, and emails, ensuring timely resolution of product-related inquiries and issues. **Key Responsibilities:** + Receive inbound telephone calls, chat messages, and emails regarding product questions. + Provide excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution. + Offer user-friendly explanations and follow up with customers via telephone, email, chat, and in-person communication. + Resolve customer problems in a friendly and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. + Open trouble tickets using the CSR (trouble ticket tool) and document action steps and resolutions, including follow-up. + Ensure issues are fully documented within the CSR application, facilitating seamless escalation to other personnel as needed. + Use professional judgment to resolve problems and escalate customer concerns to management when necessary. + Serve as a liaison between customers and other personnel, communicating problems and trends to the team for internal resolution. + Assist and communicate with Tier 1 seasonal technical support to resolve reported issues. + Provide assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements. + Develop technical solutions for both internal and external knowledge bases. + Participate in software testing of new and enhanced applications. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to provide friendly and effective customer support. + Experience with trouble ticketing systems preferred. + Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus. + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Apply Today!** As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
