Technical Support Specialist

Adecco is seeking a **Technical Support Specialist** to join our client’s team in Pompano Beach, FL. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our end-users. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

**Requirements:**
+ Strong experience with Windows Operating Systems, Android devices, Configuration Manager, Active Directory, and corporate networks
+ Associates Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide first-level technical support for end-user devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, Android devices, printers, scanners, etc.)
+ Diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues
+ Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Android devices
+ Support network infrastructure
+ Deploy new technologies and devices
+ Utilize ITSM software to document and track work
+ Collaborate with other IT teams to implement technical strategies
+ Communicate effectively with end-users regarding IT changes and outages
+ Adhere to strict information security guidelines
**Pay Details:** $29.00 per hour
