Your responsibilities
+ Servicing customers with technical inquiries about products on a first technical level in Hydraulics / Fluid Connectors: e.g. how to select the right part, how to choose the right material; replacement products, spare parts. Being the link to Parker division product support
+ Identifying products and searching for suitable alternatives
+ Verifying inquiries for completeness
+ Preparing official quotation and discount setup for customers
+ Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure high quality and efficient handling of inquiries
+ Compelling offers for regular customers are to be crafted, adhering to established pricing guidelines, and the timely entry of new products into the system is to be ensured based on agreed-upon terms
+ The integrity of item data is to be maintained daily, including list prices, discounts, and item setups, while active participation in price renewal process is to be ensured for accuracy
Who we are looking for
+ Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree
+ Strong developed analytical and communication skills
+ Experience on similar position will be an asset
+ Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
+ Fluent in Polish language
+ Knowledge of English language min. B2 level (both written and verbal)
+ Ability to work in a team and a proactive approach
+ Attention to detail
+ Sense of responsibility and decision-making skills
+ Initiative in seeking solutions and improvements
Ideally, you will also have
+ Knowledge of PowerBi, PowerQuery, Salesforce
