**Hourly Pay Rate:** $17.00
**Position:** Technical Support Specialist
**Location:** On-site Call Center
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a **Technical Support Specialist** to provide inbound customer service for electronic lockboxes and access keys. You will deliver courteous and professional assistance while multitasking screens and tools to resolve technical issues over the phone.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist end-users with technical support for electronic lockboxes and access keys.
+ Apply customer satisfaction skills to deliver positive service experiences.
+ Document calls and follow established procedures for uniform support.
+ Meet performance metrics for call handling, volume, and productivity.
+ Support additional projects or skillsets as assigned.
**Requirements:**
+ Availability to work flexible shifts between **5:00 AM and 7:00 PM** , seven days a week.
+ Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
+ Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed.
**Schedule:**
This is a **full-time, 40-hour-per-week** position, with occasional overtime opportunities.
