Position: Technical Support Specialist

Location: 100% REMOTE (Central & Eastern Time Zones ONLY)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist. This role requires in-depth knowledge of technical customer service principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will provide high-level technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain and enhance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical support and assistance to customers and consultants.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.Identify, test, and document defects in tracking systems for resolution by the development team.Collaborate with internal teams (escalation, development, functional) to drive issue resolution.Implement and support advanced features and integrations of application suites to ensure high availability and optimal backend processes.Write and execute SQL queries to support troubleshooting and data-related requests.Modify site configurations based on best practices for application and interface support.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in a B2B technical customer service or implementation role.Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).Strong knowledge of database technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a production support environment.Familiarity with healthcare software and industry regulations is a plus.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and consultative skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Open to feedback and committed to a collaborative team approach.
