Description We are in search of a Technical Support Specialist, 100% remote, EST hours. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support for Cisco technologies, ensuring optimal performance and resolving related issues. • Handle support tasks for Citrix technologies, troubleshooting problems and ensuring smooth operations. • Maintain and manage cloud technologies, ensuring secure and efficient use. • Address issues related to computer hardware, performing diagnostics and repairs as needed. • Provide support and solutions for Dell technologies, ensuring they are optimally utilized. • Utilize 'About Time' software effectively for efficient time management. • Manage and maintain the Active Directory, ensuring accurate user data and access rights. • Oversee backup technologies, ensuring data protection and recovery in case of data loss. • Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients, providing clear and concise information on technical matters. Requirements • Proven expertise in Cisco Technologies. • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies. • Experience with Cloud Technologies. • Solid understanding of Computer Hardware. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies. • Knowledge of About Time application. • Experience in working with Active Directory. • Proficiency in Backup Technologies. • Excellent communication skills.
