ProSidian Seeks a Technical Support Specialist - Administrative/Business (PC103) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy. This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients (For Present / Future Requirements) and ProSidian Team Members work as part of a Cadre to fulfill requirements.
Technical Support Specialist - Administrative/Business (PC103) Candidates shall work to support requirements for RFP192242R Technical Support (Administrative/Business Services) and:
Provide a variety of administrative, technical, and staff support services to the Project Integration Department.Support the control and implementation of organizational objectives.Assist with the development and implementation of projects, programs, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.May serve as liaison with others regarding activities related to objectives, planning, and analysis of issues.Follow safety and security procedures.Specific Tasks/Activities: Technical support for the SRR Project Integration Department to provide support to include but not limited to the Estimating and the Central Project Controls department.
Provide administrative support for large and mini proposals to include formatting, editing, Quality Checks (QCs), and production.Support proposal development with the documentation of meeting attendance and development of meeting minutes.Support proposal development with the tracking of proposal deliverables and action items.Support proposal development with the incorporation of multiple revisions while maintaining configuration control.Format Lessons Learned Proposal Documents and upload to Electronic Document Workflow System (EDWS)Format Proposal Department of Energy- Savannah River (DOE-SR) In-Brief Presentations.Support the SRR Change Control Coordinator and the BCP process with administrative and coordination duties such as sending out Baseline Change Proposal (BCP) meeting notices, routing for review and approval, testing of simple functions related to the Change Control software.Edit and format BCPs as needed in the Liquid Waste (LW) BCP Module.Develop, review, including basic editing, and distribution of the weekly/monthly Project Controls status reports, and the quarterly Earned Value Management System (EVMS) LW Reports.Develop and submit Material Service Requisitions (MSRs) in Peridium for office supplies and materials.Create electronic (pdf) and hardcopy reports and distribute in accordance with reporting requirements, e.g. weekly Procurement Report, weekly trend report, scheduling (P6) reports, Cobra cost processor reports and others as necessary to support Project Controls reporting requirementsDevelop, format, and distribute Project Directives, Work Authorization, and Integrated Planning, Accountability, and Budgeting System (IPABS) reports.Support the EVMS and PMO Compliance Managers with coordination and planning of training, required reading and test giving. Also, provide procedure, system description and guidance document development and revision support.Support the SRR Risk Management team with general administrative support including risk document updating, revisions and editing. This may include meeting coordination, facilitating and scheduling.Support the Estimating team with general administrative activities, including updating, editing, and revising the Estimating Procedure Manual sections, Desktop Guides, and other documents.Support Estimating by maintaining supplies and anticipate re-ordering, arranging for repair or replacement of equipment and computers.Support the technical formation of updated material pricing data for insertion into the Material Pricing Database, provide quality checks of the data prepared by Estimators.Candidate will be required to learn and execute Project Controls practices in accordance with DOE Order 413.3, Guides G413.3 and Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and procedures. In addition, experience with FAR regulations, DOE Contract Management, Contract Change Control and Proposal Management are required.

WORK HOURS: A 40-hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on week A and 4 days on Week B), or shift schedules. Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch.
The candidate must have the ability to be flexible and to be available for extended hours including evenings and weekends to meet the demands of producing high visibility deliverables.AREA SECURITY ACCESS: A security clearance is not required.
