For our Regional Customer Support Centre we are looking for Technical Specialist to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist for IT & Workflow.

Workplace: Roche Diagnostics Office, Regional Customer Support Centre in Warsaw (Hybrid)

The Opportunity:

Dealing with support requests and queries received from customers and staff by phone or email that arise prior to and after system placement for IVD (In vitro diagnostics).Support configuration/installation/troubleshooting for analytical instruments or systems that are supplied by Roche using phone and remote connection.Support of Field Service and Sales Representatives.Remote monitoring of Roche SystemsConducting and Design of Customer and Staff TrainingProper documentation of all activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Cooperation with colleagues from the international team and responsibility in the implementation of individual projects and goals.

Who you are:

Proficient Level of Polish language (obligatory)IT skills (TCP/IP, OS, scripting etc)HL7/ASTM knowledgeWork experience with diagnostics instruments and in a medical laboratory is of advantage.English communication skills- necessary for abroad trainings/ documentation/ team cooperation-B1 Common European Framework of ReferenceFocused on providing excellent service to our customers, demonstrating strong listening and communication skills by phone when engaging with people,Being comfortable working as part of a team, ability to work under time pressure.Very good organization skills, with a desire to complete tasks ensuring you always deliver on your promises.A self-starter who takes pride in his achievements but equally can overcome setbacks quickly looking for the positive in every situation.Driving license B.
