This position exists to act as a technical support for the Enterprise Business and the Business Solutions Office (BSO) and Operations Administration technical needs . The position serves as a primary SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA) for the Operations Administration, and Enterprise wide. This position will ensure information is organized strategically, Operations and the BSO can collaborate effectively and efficiently internally and across the agency, and permissions are appropriately managed.
This position is also responsible to act as part of a team of Department of Human Services (DHS) subject matter expert team. The incumbent must provide business analysis for any major efforts related to Microsoft 365 tools. This position ensures that the BSO and Operations can efficiently and effectively organize, access, and maintain important information.
**Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:**
+ Reviewing and approving access to internal and external-facing collaborative tools and periodically auditing system access to prevent unauthorized access to data.
+ Ensuring that all areas in the administration comply with the requirements, standards, and policies for collaboration tools.
+ Provide expertise, guidance and leadership for collaboration tools (such as Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams) for the Business Solutions Office division, Operations Administration and enterprise levels.
+ Serve as a solutions analyst for SharePoint, familiar in document management solutions, and are responsible for ensuring that content meets accessibility policies and standards.

Two (2) years professional experience in a technical support role.
Experience must demonstrate:
+ Specialized knowledge in Microsoft 365 platform(s), records retention, and accessibility standards.
+ Technical support experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
+ Knowledge of privacy and government data practices laws, data and content management standards, and accessibility laws and standards.
+ Planning, project management and problem-solving skills.
+ Analyzing technical and procedural issues to solve problems and implement solutions.
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, social sciences, may substitute for one (1) year of professional experience*
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ SharePoint site administrator experience.
+ Training experience involving Microsoft applications.
+ Strength in assessing communications' implications and risks of sensitive and visible issues with ability to advise managers appropriately.
+ Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
