Beacon Hill in Los Angeles has an immediate role for a TierII Helpdesk Technician with one of our partners in Downtown Los Angeles. This role will afford the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and support users that are both on site and in remote locations. The team is motivated to hire someone with great customer service skills to the team ASAP!

Top 3-4 Technical Skills

Help Desk Support & Issue Tracking - Ability to log, assign, and resolve user support requests while maintaining clear communication.Remote Access & VPN Support - Knowledge of configuring remote LAN access and supporting telecommute/mobile laptop users.Hardware & Software Troubleshooting - Strong troubleshooting skills for PC hardware, desktop applications, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.Windows System Administration - Experience configuring and administering networked computer systems in a Windows environment.
