Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Support Tech I to join their team. As a Technical Support Tech I, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting end users with their technical needs. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Support Tech I
**Location:** Plain City, OH
**What's the Job?**
+ Provides support to end users on a variety of technical issues.
+ Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems efficiently.
+ Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
+ Documents, tracks, and monitors problems to ensure timely resolution.
+ Works under immediate supervision while relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate's degree in a related area.
+ 0-3 years of experience in the technical support field or a related area.
+ Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within technical support.
+ Ability to follow instructions and guidelines effectively.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
