+ Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
+ Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.
+ Communicate advanced technical information effectively to individuals with varying technical knowledge.

+ Operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while managing multiple critical priorities.
