Under direct supervision of a manager, the Talent Advisor - Technology manages the recruitment process for various teams across all Inmar divisions, providing advice, counsel, and guidance to hiring managers through the recruitment process, ensuring we stay compliant while also meeting their hiring goals. The Talent Advisor - Technology plays a critical role in bringing top talent to Inmar’s businesses.
Primary Accountabilities:
Operational (70%)
Conduct full lifecycle recruitment for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing as needed (full desk recruiting). Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and the hiring managers throughout the process.
Work directly with human resource business partners and the hiring managers to understand requirements and assure coverage on requisitions. Help develop and grow the candidate pool.
Utilize a marketing approach to assist with the development and maintenance of active and passive job applicant pools by studying current and projected job needs and qualifications; identify and qualify sources; research, target, and cold-call potential candidates; manage resumes, maintain data integrity, match and track skill sets to positions. Contribute to the development of a pipeline of top talent for critical roles, to minimize the use of external recruiters.
Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and Inmar employees. Ensure all documented approvals are in place prior to confirming any offers of employment.
Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and update system data accordingly. Assist with reporting and metrics for all recruiting efforts and hiring activities, such as, time to fill, quality of applicants, quality of hires and hiring costs.
Administrative (30%)
Assist with managing Workday Help.
Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects. Attend various career fairs as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
10 years of experience in recruiting; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
Working knowledge of professional job boards, such as LinkedIn
Familiar with HRI Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday
