Together with us you will be responsible for the development of a web portal for customers so they have insights into how Motorola runs software that helps in their day to day work.

Job DescriptionOur team is looking for leaders who are passionate, proactive and fascinated by new opportunities to build Customer Web Portal solutions​Your goal would be to directly manage professionals on the team. You will be responsible for coaching, hiring and overseeing the technical direction for your teamAs a leader, you will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure the optimal implementation of mission-critical systemsThe role is for the greenfield project and as such there are plenty of opportunities for growth
Basic Requirements

Proven experience in leading software development teams (2 years or more)

Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems

Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (cloud software)

Practical experience in programming large systems

Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision

A great team player

Good verbal and written communication in both English and Polish

Would be a plus:

An experience in managing the end-to-end software lifecycle

Experience with developing applications using public cloud (Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure) 

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields.
