The Technical Lead owns the maintenance of the Engineering services (in self-delivery and subcontracted to specialized 3rd party vendors) and practices in the Integrated Facilities Management business on the Client Account.
Your Tasks
Inspect facilities and equipment to determine extent of service and equipment required.
Recommend, justify, develop, and coordinate with the Client team, projects that enhance the value of the office buildings.
Arrange for maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of facilities as specified in the operating procedures.
Contract for services as described within the operating budget, management plan and/or management services agreement.
Work close together with the Facilities Manager to document all relevant supplier contract terms and conditions.
Acting as secondary contact for assigned site’s contractors and vendors for electrical work, after the site Facilities Manager
Ensure that all defined services are completed in accordance with all operating procedures, statuary requirements, and within the Health and Safety guidelines.
Maintenance of plant and utilities to ensure appropriate and correct operation, to operate efficiently and reliably within specification while as required by Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice.
Ensure that all work orders are completed and issued and closed in full compliance with contractual requirements and the Equipment Maintenance System.
Where required to provide regular reports (Daily, weekly, monthly as required) to the Site Leader and Regional Lead regarding all engineering team activities.
Your Profile
Strong interpersonal and ability to work in team environment
Strong communication skills – written and spoken
Skilled in Leading vendor contracts and services
Comprehensive engineering services experience, undertaking reactive, corrective and planned preventative maintenance
Practical working knowledge of best practice tools and techniques
Practical experience of assisting with contract delivery
Systematic approach, with good attention to detail
Mature customer service ethic and a flexible approach to meet client requirements
