Job Duties:

Analyze the Test Requirements Specification and impact of new requirements to existing tests.??Interface with team spread globally to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project.??Support client interfacing activities and help create the relevant reports in a timely manner.Perform unit testing, functional and regression testing.??Prepare test estimation and discussing the same with end stakeholders.??Execute the automated regression and smoke test suites using Regression Test Suite, perform analysis of failed test cases, track and report execution results, weekly status of testing activities and defects.Co-ordinate and follow-up with client team for deliverables sign-off.??Coordinate Onshore-Offshore for Test strategy, planning, and schedule.??Prepare / Review Test Plan and Test cases.??Create and modify automation scripts for changes in application functionality/ API/ interface and SQL scripts for testing purpose.??Involve in creating the traceability of requirements with test cases and defects.??Find Log defects through testing, conducting defect triage meetings with BAs and development group. Pull the Test from ALM with all important data related to Rerun, mapping of defects each Tests, Failed tests and Root causes.Interact with the internal clients, other vendor and third-party clients to deliver the project.??Review identified business critical scenarios for automation and conduct automation feasibility analysis.??Follow coding and security standards. Review and provide strategies on automating test scripts and coding standard.Execute the automated regression and smoke test suites using Regression Test Suite, perform analysis of failed scripts, track and report execution results, weekly status of automation activities and defects.Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization, ensure content and structure of all Testing documents/artifacts is documented and maintained.??Maintain the project and productivity metrics, status reporting to senior management, peer reviews.Mentor technical and domain of the team members. Participate and help team prepare content for KT sessions.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
