Job Duties:

Knowledge of Amdocs catalogue including product distribution, offer set up and environment control along with rule-based inclusion and exclusion in different billers and markets.Knowledge of database architecture and queries to fetch data from different environment including joining of multiple tablesExposure to SSIS/SSRS packages to initiate SQL Server stored procedures to develop functional tool for better data analysis and tracking object flowsKnowledge of Application Lifecycle management, JIRA and other Test management toolsWork of API and debug tools to find and deep dive into response/transaction logs in case of issuesWork of JAVA and Selenium framework like Page object model for automation of web (including multiple browser) and mainframe test flowsValidate Device / Accessory Update - Price, Images, Name/Content, SKU detailsPre/Post deployment validation of offers, new products and configuration changes in multiple environments (SIT/QA/UAT/Production)Collaborate with the Billing Configure/Design team for defects and downstream teams for end-to-end testingPerform defect testing, consent validation and support testing for new system deployments.Test scenarios and break them up into test cases tied up to requirements and prepare RTMTest data requirements and test execution planReview and provide inputs to the team on test case coverageExecute the test cases and report status and issuesLiaise with the Development team on the defects and track them to closureReport risks, issues and test status tox`x the stakeholdersUnderstand and analyze Business and Functional requirement

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
