Job Description

As a Technical Test Manager, you’ll use your technical expertise to wholistically drive complex prob- lems to completion. You’ll work amongst the team to scope work, plan requirements, identify risks, make time estimates for testing activities, and clearly communicate team’s progress.

Duties and Responsibilities
The main activities for a Technical Test Manager include:
-Provide status and present team results on different forums.
-Define, Plan & Monitor Testing Activities based on Program Increments and Deadlines
-Manage and analyze Jira data and generate KPIs to measure team performance.
-Lead scrum events (daily scrum and sprint planning)
-Identify and manage hardware dependencies for end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements
-College or University degree in Engineering or a related discipline
-Effective communication skills (oral and writting)
- +1 Years of experience in program management
- +1 Years of experience in SW Testing
-Teamwork
-Proactive
-Proficiency in English
-Resilience and not afraid to take new assignments.

Core Competency Requirements
-Solid understanding of ISTQB testing Methodologies
-Experience in program management, with a focus on software development, verification and validation or quality assurance.
-Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Tools, Confluence, JIRA).
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
-Knowledge in SAFe and Scrum methodologies
-Basic Programming skills to automate tasks or perform calculations (e.g., Python, Java).
