The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about empowering teams with the knowledge and skills they need to excel? Join us as a Technical Trainer, Chemicals supporting our Biopharma Production portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our commercial and technical support teams. You’ll leverage your expertise in our products and services to deliver impactful training sessions, both online and in-person, ensuring our teams are always ahead of the curve.

This is a remote role.

What we are looking for

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S.) in a technical or science field, or equivalent work experience, requiredExperience: Strong knowledge of the biopharma production market, including key products and applications.Collaboration Tool: Microsoft Office, specifically Teams with preference for experience in Salesforce or QlikviewQualifications:  Preferred experience in technical sales or other technical support areas.Excellent communication and team interaction skills, routinely interacting with customers, manufacturers, and staffAnalytical skills to create effective training programs for on-site and remote environments.Excellent presentation and classroom management skills, applying adult learning principles.Ability to travel internationally (passport required).Strong written and oral communication skills.Organizational skills to meet deadlines and work independently.Interpersonal skills to relate to different levels of the organization and collaborate with vendors.Physical ability to stand, walk, and deliver training during tradeshows.Willingness to perform approximately 20% domestic and international travel.Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing about 30 lbs.

Product Expertise: Stay updated with the latest product changes and integrate them into training sessions.Proactively integrate these changes into training sessions.Provide insights on product usage and application within customers’ workflows.Training Material Development: Design and develop engaging training materials using various tools.Establish a process for periodic review and updating of training materials.Global Support: Provide technical product training to our global commercial team and customers.Collaborate with colleagues to tailor training programs for regional and specialist sales teams.Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs.Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify and address key gaps

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$75,000.00 - $124,000.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
