Overview: Job Title:Technical Trainer Job Location:Remote, US Job Responsibilities: The Technical Trainer position shall be responsible for: + Delivery of structured training in a Military type of environment. + Providing training in some discipline of either Satellite Communications or Network Communications following a structured curriculum. + Perform inspections of training programs and personnel to ensure compliance with Government policy. + Serves as a subject matter expert on the content areas in which they specialize. + Managing the learning environment for classroom setup, systems setup, course materials, media, and on-line learning. + Tracks daily attendance and student performance against outlined competencies. Minimum Qualifications: + An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret Clearance + Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. + Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Have excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to provide and receive feedback in a training environment. + Able to travel up to 30% both CONUS and Internationally. Education: + High School Diploma. + Some college preferred.
