What you’ll own
Develop and deliver technical training programs for various audiences, including new hires and ongoing employee development.
Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and assessments.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is relevant.
Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Where you’ll own it
You’ll own it in our modern Bangalore/Indore/Pune hub. With hubs in the heart of city centers and tech capitals, things move fast in APAC. We pride ourselves on being an agile and dynamic collective, collaborating with different teams and offices across the globe
What you bring
Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role.
Strong understanding of AI/Gen AI/ML, Programming and Software Development, DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines, Data Analysis and Data Science, Cloud Computing, Web / Mobile Development; Technology Project Management & Agile Frameworks; Collaboration & Technology Communication Tools, Continuous Learning & Adaptability, tools, and methodologies relevant to IT and Engineering.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.
