Job Title: Technical Trainer
Job Description

This role is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs for technical products or solutions. Duties include analyzing training needs and developing programs to address them; evaluating third-party training providers; creating lesson plans, training materials, course content, and methodology; and managing the delivery of training across multiple formats. The role may also involve evaluating the efficacy of training and application of knowledge, providing train-the-trainer programs, and qualifying trainers for content delivery.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze training needs and develop programs to address them.Evaluate third-party training providers.Develop lesson plans, training materials, course content, and methodology.Manage the delivery of training across multiple formats.Evaluate the efficacy of training and application of knowledge.Provide train-the-trainer programs and qualify trainers for content delivery.Essential Skills4-8 years of experience in training, particularly in the defense industry.Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.Additional Skills & QualificationsSecret Clearance.Work Environment

This position is onsite in Huntsville, AL with travel required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.80 - $61.50
