About the Role:

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive technical training programs tailored to meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with both national and regional teams to enhance our training services, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the highest level of skills.

Skills and Duties:

Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability to:

Create engaging training programs specific to customer requirements Work closely with local management to address internal training needs Bring your exceptional technical knowledge of mining plant and equipment Deliver face-to-face, virtual, and blended training with excellent communication skills Commit to continuous improvement and innovation in training

…And most importantly demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers!

Essential Requirements: Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Trade or equivalent Certificate IV Training and Assessment including TAELLN411 module or ability to obtain Experience in developing and delivering technical training

 

Please note: Candidates holding a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, will be prioritised for this role. However, support in obtaining this qualification will be available for the right candidate.

 

Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.
