We are now looking for a Technical Trainer to join our newly created RBU (Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, Sweden). In this role, you will support the organization to develop and deliver dealer staff training in alignment with strategic company objectives. 
 

How you can contribute and have an impact?
 
- Define, propose, implement and maximize Nissan Technical training strategy.
- Secure development and deployment of Nissan Academy Technical Training activities.
- Ensure Certification process smooth deployment and effectiveness.
- Engage and manage stakeholders into HQ plans and strategy.
 

You will have a focus to: 

- Localize and update Technical Product training for model launch, product and technologies. 
- Localize and update Technical training package for skills Curriculum. 
- Develop and implement Train-The-Trainers sessions when necessary. 
- Implement online assessment/certification for Service and Diagnostic technicians. 
- Implement certification of Expert technicians => improve technicians capabilities. 
- Ensure markets and dealers follow HQ strategy => is the guardian of the Technical training plan effectiveness. 
- Properly define audience to be trained and certified (ie: multibrand, multifunction, secondary network). 
- Wide exchange with stakeholders: AS area managers, HQ, business partners, RNPO, alliance counterparts (synergies in process, tools, systems, trainers). 
- Run project management following company standards and processes. 
- Manage key partners/suppliers => logistics, development, deployment, purchasing…  
- Manage Technical training budget inside guidelines (Business Plan/Reforecast) and company processes. 
- Timely reports and feedbacks to line management. 
- Fup on KPIs and report to line management.

 
What we look for:

- Strong experience in project management. 
- Technical and technological background. 
- Affinity and experience with After Sales function & dealer network. 
- Significant experience in Training activities (PM). 
- Cross functional management skills.  
- Good understanding of Dealership Technical activities is a plus. 
- Master Degree in Business or Engineering. 
- Pedagogical skills. 
- High level of autonomy and leadership. 
- Structured and analytical. 
- Good practice of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Access). 
- Fluent in English and at least one of the native languages of the region (French, Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish).
