As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-impact training sessions to public sector clients, helping them maximize the value of our GovTech solutions. Your focus will be on facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring that end users understand and effectively use our products. You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to tailor training programs to client needs and support successful implementations. This role requires exceptional presentation skills, a passion for client success, and the ability to adapt training approaches to different audiences. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic educator with a consultative mindset, capable of making complex software solutions accessible and user-friendly. 
This full time, permanent, remote position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. Job applicants must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica in order to be eligible for consideration.What your impact will look like here:Deliver live, interactive training sessions (both virtual and in-person) for public sector clients, ensuring they effectively use our products. Tailor training content to address client-specific needs, use cases, and GovTech industry best practices. Manage multiple training engagements from scheduling to completion, ensuring a smooth and impactful learning experience. Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating best practices to drive long-term success for clients. Provide post-training support and guidance to help clients apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. Collaborate with Project Managers and Implementation teams to ensure training aligns with broader client engagement goals. Assist in refining and updating training materials to reflect new product features and enhancements. Continuously evaluate training effectiveness, incorporating client feedback to improve future sessions. Travel up to 50% nationwide to conduct on-site trainings as needed. You will love this job if you have:Passion for training and empowering public sector clients to succeed with GovTech solutions. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way. Proven ability to adapt training approaches to different audiences, from technical users to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), online training tools, and virtual facilitation platforms. Knowledge of responsive web design, accessibility, content management systems (CMS), analytics, and/or social media platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, training, instructional design, or a related field. Security and Privacy Requirements·        Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program.·        Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies.
