Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and driven Technical Trainer Associate for a position based in Ocala, FL.

What You Will Be Doing
Duties include, but are not limited to:

•Train new Electronic Associates in areas assigned
•Evaluation for required training of the new employees and documenting in their curriculum
•Training on proper techniques
•Interpreting work instructions
•Verification/validation of compliant hardware (ex. 3-10)
Conduct follow-up assessments of adherence to training •material
•Use of NPA with employees for training purposes
•Train existing Electronic Associates in new areas of responsibility.
•Engagement with support personnel
•Provide guidance to support personnel in manufacturing skills
•SME support/recommendations
•For certifications/training needed for the area to go on course curriculum
•Input on wording/graphics, etc. to improve understanding of MPPs
•Close loop feedback to the Employee Development Center 4-week EA course
•Close loop feedback to the Employee Development Center Support Training

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing
System

Knowledge of MPPs

Technical experience building hardware

Solder Certified - J-STD

Cable & Harness Certified

Inspection experience within manufacturing

This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Clean room experience

Automated Processes

Program / complex build experience

Ocala experience

Working with all levels of the organization

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
