**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and driven Technical Trainer Associate for a position based in Ocala, FL\. **What You Will Be Doing** Duties include, but are not limited to: •Train new Electronic Associates in areas assigned •Evaluation for required training of the new employees and documenting in their curriculum •Training on proper techniques •Interpreting work instructions •Verification/validation of compliant hardware \(ex\. 3\-10\) Conduct follow\-up assessments of adherence to training •material •Use of NPA with employees for training purposes •Train existing Electronic Associates in new areas of responsibility\. •Engagement with support personnel •Provide guidance to support personnel in manufacturing skills •SME support/recommendations •For certifications/training needed for the area to go on course curriculum •Input on wording/graphics, etc\. to improve understanding of MPPs •Close loop feedback to the Employee Development Center 4\-week EA course •Close loop feedback to the Employee Development Center Support Training **Why Join us** Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
