Supports the Quality Department through high quality staff and provider education initiatives including clinical and technical aspects of their roles. The ideal candidate is a clinically experienced person who is experienced in adult education, demonstrates self-driven initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. This trainer will utilize multiple modalities of education delivery to include developing and executing online courses, in-person training, virtual classes, and individual coaching.

Minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred.Experience with electronic medical records is required (Epic Certification preferred)3-5 years’ experience with formal adult education training preferred.Experience with education design software (Articulate preferred)Experience in developing training materials.Knowledgeable of back office, clinician, and front office workflow and processes. Knowledge of ICD-10 is preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Windows operating system environment.Bachelor’s degree or related clinical and training experience preferred.Technologically savvy and able to manage the Learning Management System (LMS) content, course offerings and course catalog for their organization.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
