You will work closely with the Training Manager and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in digital learning. **Key Responsibilities:** + **User Management:** Oversee user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access to learning resources. + **Data Management:** Lead LMS data integrity projects and manage integrations with CRM systems and portals. + **Technical Troubleshooting:** Address technical issues and assist learners with platform-related concerns.
