“A Day in the Life”
In this dynamic role as a Change Management and Technical Training Manager, you will be instrumental in rolling out enterprise-wide Next Gen Systems. Your responsibilities include establishing communication strategies and rollout plans, developing messaging for system users, and ensuring stakeholders are well-informed. You will navigate various processes associated with new systems, deliver large-scale training sessions on new systems and improved processes, and enhance the organization's technical capabilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address hands-on training needs, manage the phases of training programs, develop training outlines, and create materials for both new and existing employees.
“What You’ll Do “
Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify knowledge gaps and training requirements for each workstream. Identify the best approach to a change management communications and training plan for key departments. In partnership with cross-functional team, build effective training materials for system rollout, including presentations, manuals, and other resources tailored to the needs of diverse audiences and role based. Standardize Training Processes: Help build repeatable processes and templates to streamline the creation and delivery of training materials. Confident facilitation of live online and some in person training, and break-out sessions, ensuring that participants understand.Break down complex technical concepts into clear, digestible content suitable for non-technical stakeholders. Provide hands-on training to ensuring users can effectively interact with and utilize systems and tools. Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with process documents. Update as needed.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
“Must Haves”
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and all aspects of training, including rolling out new system implementations. Specific and demonstrable experience in conducting training needs analysis, creating comprehensive training materials, and independently facilitating training sessions. This role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a non-technical audience. Proven experience as a Change Manager on complex IT projectsStrong facilitation skills with the ability to independently lead training sessions for diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
“Nice to Haves”
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other training technologies.Certification in PROSCI or equivalent Change Management methodologyCertification in training, instructional design, or a related field. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. Technical Background: You have a strong foundation in Sales Force/Oracle/Microsoft Suite. Experience with integrations and rolling out new technical systems. An understanding of standard business practices related to sales operations processes and systems (sales cycle, sales methodology, CRM applications, reporting, forecasting and territory management).Experience with creating and launching a new training program at an enterprise scale.Exposure to Salesforce is preferred.Experience in commercial construction, or general knowledge of construction sales industry. Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools.
