HIGH LEVEL DESCRIPTION
The Technical UX/Project Manager is a manager of multiple full-lifecycle programs while serving
as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams organized to deliver media and entertainment
applications on web, mobile, and TV platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with the UX, UI, engineering, QA, product, and operations
Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Identifies and helps eliminate roadblocks and hidden dependencies
Provides timely, accurate, and truthful progress updates
Assists with external communication
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management
Certified Scrum Master, with at least 2 years’ experience in the Scrum Master role
Thorough understanding of mobile, web, and TV application development lifecycle
Experience with interactive design production process and methods
Understanding of the technologies used to deliver Web, mobile, and TV applications
Ability to negotiate changes, timelines and deliverables
Ability to be a creative and innovative contributor
Demonstrated project management skills, including project estimation, management of
multiple timelines, and delivery of projects and client expectations on time and within
budget
OVER THE TOP EXPERIENCE
Experience delivering media and entertainment applications, across web, mobile, and TV
platforms using Agile techniques
Experience assessing and improving scrum maturity within an organization
