Customer relationship management, written and verbal communication skills required in communicating technical details into business terms.
Provide written documentation support for all projects as required to include design documents, network diagrams, and security-related documents per project
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, and troubleshooting guides for networking products.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences, including network administrators, engineers, and end-users.
Review and edit documentation produced by other team members to ensure consistency and quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends to ensure documentation remains current and relevant.
Participate in product development meetings to understand new features and enhancements for networking software and hardware
